Senior Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  Booking appointment with the refered client by the lead Manager. Need to Close with nearly 3-4 Client meeting Daily that is around 288 to 380 Clients meeting per quarter

  Need to Generate min of 1 quotation daily which leads to 72 Quotations in a quarter

  Providing MIS Report per month to Sr. Sale Executive / Manager about the no. of leads received – turned to Enquiry – Turned to Quotation – Rurned to orderr

  Follow up with client for every Quotation & maintaining proper data with timeline & reseans of rejection

  Placement of Internal Sales Order to the Production Department within 24 hrs. of receipt of P.O / LOA/ LOI, with approval from Sr. Executive after rechecking the same with Quotation sent matrix

  Checking up all the documents forwarded by the accounts department at the time of dispatch & report for the missing document if any to the department & get it rectified. Also provide monthly report for the deviations of the same along with reasoning

  Timely Submission of Invoices & documents as per PO after the sales, in cordinance with Accounts team, at the concerned department as per Po within 5 days of the material supplied & file the acknowledgement of the same in the file. To submit an MIS report for the same

  To adhere to commands & orders of all the senior executives

  Ensure all the reports and MIS are submitted on timely basis for the managmant review

 Maintain Receivable Sheet & follow up for the payment on/before due date and ensuring the the payment is received on time for healthy cash inflow

 Using the CRM as an effective tool for tracking the client status and tracking all meetings MOM/p>

 Submit Ageing analysis of all the debtors every month & also update with the difficulties which is been faced at the time of payment follow up

Technical Skills CRM, MS Office
Industry Experience for about 3 – 4 years in the same or related industry
Management Skills An Excellent Communicator & Listner, a go getter by attitude
Personal Qualities Confidence, Maturity, Patience, Perseverance, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Nuemerical Skills, Knows how to drive two wheeler & has a Valid driving licence
Language Skills Fluency in English & Regional Language
